DELIVERY
We deliver directly to your house address. Please make sure that the addressing is transmitted correctly. Shipments to PO boxes and general delivery are not possible. We request that you immediately report any damage in transit upon receipt of the goods at the delivery company, so that the statutory warranty remains.

RETURNS
We grant a revocation of the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. If you would like to make use of it, please return the goods to us at your expense. Please note that goods must be returned without traces of use in original packaging.
