RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your item(s) online within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and limitations below.
1.) Proof of original purchase must be presented for all returns and exchanges.
2.) All items must be returned without traces of use, in original packaging. If pieces are damaged or missing, the customer may be subject to fees associated with repairs or replacements.
3.) All return orders will be subject to a restocking fee.
4.) If the original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Shipping
International shipping is available; all duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
WARRANTY
1. The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise limited or agreed upon for a specific product or product batch. The warranty does not cover batteries or additional third-party products sold through lumenarctech.com.
2. The Supplier guarantees that products used under normal circumstances and according to instructions will function properly and be free of material defects.
3. Upon delivery, both intermediaries and end users must inspect shipments for accuracy and damage. Any issues must be reported to the Supplier immediately.
4. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products, including freight and other direct costs related to delivery of repaired or replacement items.
5. Repairs will be made by the Supplier or an authorized representative. If requested, defective items or parts must be returned to the Supplier or their designee before a warranty claim is fulfilled.
6. Warranty limitations:
- The warranty does not cover dismantling or reassembly costs of the defective product or related equipment, nor indirect losses or damages.
- Damages or defects that should have been detected during delivery inspection (see #3) are not covered.
- The Supplier's obligation is fulfilled upon delivery of a replacement or repaired product.
- After the warranty period ends, the Supplier is only liable for defects due to gross negligence or intent.
- The Supplier’s contracting party is expected to limit their own warranty liability in their terms of sale.
